Billie and Edgar have never been on the best of terms. He’s manipulative and arrogant, according to his ex-wife and Billie doesn’t have any reason to think otherwise.
But when she gets stuck at his house just when a shelter-in-place order goes into effect, she’s at the mercy of his hospitality.
If his terribly uncomfortable sofa doesn’t do her in, than she may have come to terms with her own flash judgments and an attraction that has always been barely manageable.
