What Am I Feeling Today?
is a riddle book designed to help little ones identify their emotions in different scenarios. Fun and interactive, it allows both the reader and the child to explore how feelings sometimes play out in our interactions and everyday experiences.
As it's not always easy to know exactly how we feel, the Feelings Chart helps the child recognise and demonstrate what is happening. This chart is especially useful for shy and non-verbal children.
Each riddle offers two options to describe which feeling the child thinks may apply, allowing the parent/reader to talk with the child about any past experiences with that emotion. This creates opportunities for broad, interactive discussions around the topic and experience of emotions while reading the book together.

About the Author
Boniwe Majwede wrote this book as an entry into Children's Literature. Her nieces inspired her enthusiasm as she wanted to find ways to help them understand their feelings better and to open the way for fun, interactive conversations about all our different emotions.
