I'm Sarah Winter, and I am a thirty-something published author living in Wyoming. After surprising everyone (especially me) by writing my debut romance novel in the winter of 2013, I decided to give up my 9-5--which was actually an overnight job of 10-7, but I digress-- and pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a published author. I live in western Wyoming with my husband and two sons, four chickens, and three salamanders. ​ Snowbound achieved Quarter-Finalist status in the 2014 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award Contest, and Over the Line won an Amazon Publishing contract through Amazon's Kindle Press in April 2015. I self-published my third novel, Beauty and the Beast, in February 2016. I also released my first published short story, The Journal, in October 2016. My fourth full-length novel, a paranormal romance called The Cottage, released August 27, 2018!
