Becoming a teen mom was never part of the plan, but I wouldn’t change my life if I could. Over the years, I moved around like a dandelion in the breeze, following the best opportunities for myself and my daughter.

My sense of home has been missing since the day I left the commune to head off to college, but all that changed when I moved to Sparrow Falls.

Helping my best friends open up our dream tattoo shop and providing support for my daughter was all I had ever dreamed of.

Forgoing my future as a biomedical engineer to become a guidance counselor was one of the best decisions of my life. Having the opportunity to guide teenagers to find their passion was the right path for me.
