Robert P. Waters lives and works in Nashville, Tennessee. Following two previous non-fiction titles relative to the U.S. workforce during and after the 2008 Great Recession as well as his second book about the genetics revolution on culture and technology – The Bucket Man presents his first fiction short story. Mr. Waters’ career covers IT in telecommunications, project management and technology sales.
