About the author

Dennis Dvornak

Writer. Filmmaker. Photographer. Observer. Adjective. Rider of the Condition. Conduit to the collective unconscious.

Dennis Dvornak is not quite 30 and lives in the strange city of Johannesburg, South Africa, finding semi-honest work to feed his storytelling addictions. He writes comics, scripts, short- and long-form fiction and articles.

He achieved an MA in Creative Writing from Wits University in 2016, through which he channeled nightmares lurking in the national unconscious into the dystopian sci-fi novel, Noburg.
He also has a short story published in the Wits University literary journal, Itch.
He is currently releasing a surreal horror short story and a mythic fantasy novelette through Sera Blue Publishing.

His deepest fear is writing concise descriptions of himself.
Moonlights as a freelance wizard.
