Send a bouquet, send a death threat.

Juniper Blair, a florist in the sleepy New England village of Dawn Cove, Maine, receives a series of anonymous orders for unusual arrangements. Intrigued by the odd floral combinations, she comes to believe that the bouquets are cleverly hidden threats aimed at prominent citizens, including her own father. Her concerns are initially dismissed by the local sheriff's investigator, who also happens to be her high school sweetheart, until she stumbles across the body of a recipient of one of the strange bouquets. Now she's being stalked by a shadowy figure and needs to figure out who is sending the bouquets before someone else starts pushing up daisies.

About the author

Juliet MacLeod

Before publishing her first novel, The Jezebel’s Daughter, Juliet MacLeod worked as a web designer, a 411 operator, and an on-air radio DJ. When not slaving away over a hot keyboard, Juliet enjoys reading, watching films (her favorites are The Princess Bride and PS—I Love You), napping with her dog, and listening to music. She has an unhealthy obsession with Benedict Cumberbatch's cheekbones and Jason Statham's smile.
