Dave Plassman is an engineer, an educator and more recently a social worker. 

He lives on three acres in Central Washington State where he divides his evenings and weekends between writing, carpentry, robotics and reading aloud with his wife Lenore and their four-legged friends; two dogs and a trio of quarrelsome cats.

Dave Is a University of Washington graduate and past member of the American Institute of Aeronautics, The Society of Military Engineers, The Society for Women Engineers and the Society of medical engineering.
