D.B. Shayne is the pen name of a Barbadian author, who loves to write books about passionate men, sassy women and sexy romance. She was penning short stories and poetry from early teens and her first novel was written by hand in a Nanowrimo challenge (said hand is surprisingly still in use).

​​​​​​​ Years ago before venturing into paranormal romance, D.B. published a crazy fun, parody romance under the pseudonym Olivia Teese; she also wrote several stories ranging from mystery to erotic-some of which have seen the publishing light-some probably won’t. When D.B. realized that supernatural elements kept sneaking their way into her writing, it was time to fully embrace the call.
