Henry Malloy's new case smells fishy.

Henry investigates the alleged connection between criminal activity taking place inside a local funeral home and a seemingly innocent fishing competition run by bait and tackle shop owner Wallace Madison. Madison's business is on the brink of bankruptcy thanks to his wife's selfish actions. To dig himself out of debt, he becomes involved in skullduggery and trickery by assisting the funeral director in removing the bones of the recently buried, and selling the illegal marrow on the black market. Terrified of getting caught in the midst of unearthing the interred bodies late at night, Madison devises a plan to rig a contest where he is the sole winner of the cash prize.

NOTE: Henry and Nita work together to solve new cases while searching for missing persons. Set in the fictitious town of Point Jove, this exciting mystery series with a touch of romance takes place in the future after the Rural Justice trilogy and Game of Chance.
