Leanne Schroder was born in the land down under, Australia. Though a lifelong Aussie hailing from Queensland, she's now also a Tassie, as she currently resides in Hobart, Tasmania. In her youth, Leanne was a competitive swimmer, winning Silver for Queensland at state in the 200 meters butterfly and also representing in the 10K marathon swim.As a mother with teens, a full-time worker bee and a passionate scribbler, Leanne often finds she must be a skilled juggler to balance work, family, writing, and life. Leanne's passion for writing grew out of her love of reading, especially history and science fiction.A strong advocate for women¿s rights and fairness in the judicial system, Leanne hopes to one day establish a charitable trust for women and families. Meanwhile, she continues to work and write to support herself and her own family.
