The Author is a Portuguese writer. He has a course in National Defence and Law at the National Defence Institute – Lisbon and he is graduated in Law at the University of Lisbon. He is a researcher in the area of “War and Peace” at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa Luiz de Camões – OBSERVARE Center. He has written several books and articles.
