Once upon a time, in the vast and beautiful savannah grassland, there lived all kinds of animals and birds happily together. The monkey, the hare and the little brown mouse also lived in savannah grassland happily.

The little brown mouse belonged to a large family of rats that were spread all over the savannah grassland. The rats in the savannah grassland had many animals that wanted to eat them and eat their little babies. These included the snakes that always hunted them and their babies, the fox that hunted and ate them, the hawk that also ate the young rats, wild dogs and many other savage animals that chased them and killed them every day.

The little brown mouse was not happy about this situation, and so, she decided to ask for help from her friends, the hare and the monkey, on how she can protect herself and her babies from these savage animals in the savannah grassland.

The monkey friend was also a wizard, and so, he gave the mouse a magical beast toy which she could use to scare all the bad animals whenever they wanted to eat her and her little babies.

The short stories in this book shows many times when the little brown mouse faced real danger of being eaten by different animals in the savannah grassland, and how she used the magical beast toy power to chase them away.

These stories have very strong moral and spiritual lessons for children of all ages.
