Christmas is approaching fast, but all is not right with the little world of Sunnyvale. Snow is nowhere to be seen, Dads are not where they are supposed to be, and Christmas collection money is missing. Can two (almost) 11-year-old girls save the town’s festivities and be granted their Christmas wishes?

This is a novella set in Paper Crafts Club Mysteries series. The story takes place just before Christmas, shortly after Book 5 in the series, Blades, Betrayals, and Broken Ties, and hence has the number 5,5. The protagonist may be different, but it’s the same Sunnyvale, with the same quirky characters, a couple of new ones, a sprinkling of cozy mystery, and, of course, (pre)-Christmas spirit.

The story was first released as part of a winter/festive-themed anthology: Clues, Christmas Trees, and Corpses.
