The striking part is how he sounded so similar in that interview as compared to today.

For example, his constant complaints about other countries "ripping" off the US and his opinions on the free-trade agreements have not changed at all.

Trump, now the president of the United States, often make a similar statement about Mexico, whose government he often accuses of sending criminals across the US border.
