Kipenzi is an experienced ESL Trainer & Tourism Consultant with international experience in hospitality, tourism management and education. Kipenzi started her career in South Africa after studying in the UK and Austria. She graduated from the International Tourism Institute and moved to Johannesburg where she worked as a Lecturer and trainer for the Institute of Vocational Studies, Braamfontein & Pretoria. Kipenzi was employed at Rhodesfield University in the Tourism Faculty, Kempton Park, South Africa.  Kipenzi later joined the Three Cities International School as a Hospitality Management Lecturer. Her career also involved working with an International Airline as a flight stewardess. She later studied for TESOL certification with Language Corps, USA and upon graduation, worked in Bangkok Thailand at a large national vocational institute in Hospitality and Tourism.
