Michellan Kristine S. Alagao (published as Michellan Sarile, Michellan Sarile Alagao and Michellan Alagao) has an MFA in Creative Writing from the De La Salle University, Manila. She lived in England for four and a half years where she obtained a BSc (Hons) in Criminology and Psychology from the London Metropolitan University. She is a freelance writer and her work has appeared in local and international publications. She is married to graphic artist Joel Alagao. They have one son. This is her first poetry collection.
