Pastor Carl Flowers is the Founder and President of Trinity Outreach Ministries in Picayune, Mississippi. He is also the Founder of the Oasis Community Development Center in Picayune, Mississippi.

​​​​​​​Pastor Flowers is the instructor of the ARRM Restoration Recovery Ministry and Director of the Covenant Bible College and Seminary Satellite Campus. In addition to being a husband, family man, pastor, author, and entrepreneur, Apostle Carl Flowers works at the local correctional facility as a correctional officer. He has been in ministry serving in a major leadership role for over 25 years.

​​​​​​​Apostle Carl Flowers attended Covenant Bible College & Seminary, whose main campus location is in Hudson, Florida.

​​​​​​​Currently Apostle Carl holds a Master's Degree in Ministry Studies, Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Counseling, & Associate's Degree in Biblical Studies.
