<p>Holly Starkey is a lover of all things supernatural. She enjoys reading fantasy and paranormal stories, and she enjoys writing them as well. When she was growing up, she was disappointed with the lack of diverse characters. As an African American woman, she longed to see African American protagonists with supernatural powers. Now that she is a writer, she writes diverse paranormal and fantasy stories because that is who she is and that is how she sees the world around her. </p>
