<p><strong>Obadele Thompson</strong> is an Olympic medalist, NCAA champion, author, speaker, and attorney.</p><p>Unrecruited in high school, Obadele contacted The University of Texas-El Paso (UTEP), hoping for an athletic scholarship. He succeeded and went on to have a record-setting collegiate career.</p><p>After graduating <em>summa cum laude</em> in Economics and Marketing, he competed globally as a professional athlete for a decade, winning a medal at the <em>2000 Sydney Olympics</em>.</p><p>SELECT HONORS</p>
