Katie Kidwell has had a successful career as a stage and recording artist. She has also been a children’s entertainer and published poet. Known as Katie, the Cariboo Song Rider, Katie has hosted and produced shows featuring cowboy and native culture. As a communicator, her guest book is full of appreciation from the many bus and rail tours she entertained over the years. The reason why so many describe her as having a “healing sound” in her music. Katie likes to make people feel “happy.” Recently, she has returned to her painting and learning illustration for her poetry and stories.
