<p>Tom is a lawyer based in Los Angeles. He lives in the Hollywood Hills with his wife Soun and their two dogs Chloe and Malibu. He earned a Law degree from Columbia Law School, a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University, and a Biomedical Engineering degree from Rutgers University, where he graduated with Highest Honors.</p>
