She loved books every since she was a child, and fell in love with regency romances when her mother introduced her to the world of Georgette Heyer at the age of 12. Jean’s background is in journalism but she'd much rather write fiction than reality. She lives in Toronto with her husband, 2 children and black Lab.</p>
