<p>Kyle is a father to his daughter, who he proudly calls his "greatest teacher". he himself is a longtime educator, with a PhD in educational leadership and an extensive professional career in student affairs and higher education. he is currently a stay-at-home dad and an influential thought-leader.</p>
<p>Kyle has been sharing his ideas about masculinity, social justice, and education for over a decade in publications like The Good Men Project, Understanding and Dismantling Privilege, and The Journal of Critical Scholarship on Higher Education and Student Affairs.</p>
<p>He has authored several book chapters and presents his work at national conferences around the country. he and his wife, Aeriel, co-authored the book, VITAL: A Torch For Your Social Justice Journey, which was awarded the Jamie Showkeir Changing the Conversation Award by Berrett-Koehler Publishing.</p>
<p>Since becoming a father, Kyle has discovered the life-changing wisdom that comes from raising a daughter. he draws on his background in masculinity studies, mindfulness, and social justice education to continue his own personal growth and create learning opportunities for others through coaching, facilitation, and speaking.</p>
