Having overcome her own 25+ year battle with conditions like chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune diseases, Lori now dedicates her life to helping others reclaim their health and vitality. She brings a wealth of experience and insight to her coaching, using self-directed neuroplasticity to guide clients toward healing.<br><br>Lori’s expertise centers on empowering individuals with chronic health challenges to rewire their limbic systems and develop practical tools for lasting wellness. Her mission is to offer hope and support to those often overlooked or misunderstood, helping them achieve balance in their physical, emotional, and spiritual lives. Through her coaching, Lori inspires her clients to take charge of their health journeys with confidence and compassion.<br><br>A certified clinical trauma specialist, NLP master practitioner, and hypnotherapy expert, Lori has completed numerous certifications from reputable institutions, including the Arizona Trauma Institute and the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. In addition to her coaching credentials, she holds a BS from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and has an extensive background in mental health and well-being practices.<br><br>Lori currently resides among the redwoods in Northern California with her husband and three young adult children.
