<p>Patrick W Kavanagh began writing after the passing of his late wife. He was encouraged to share his work on social media and found it to be a source of healing for himself and others. He now lives in Lincolnshire with his partner, Tina and their cat, Luna and Finley, the black Labrador. In their spare time, they hold sound healing workshops and shamanic drumming circles.</p>
