<p>Lainie Suzanne was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She currently lives in North Carolina with her husband.</p><p>She loves reading Romance, but often found herself unable to relate to the characters. She wanted to read about a heroine she could relate to and thought other women would, too. The heroine in her Nexus Series, Katherine, is in her mid-forties, divorced, curvaceous, insecure, sassy, and feels self-conscious about her body. Things many women can relate to. She likes to say she writes Realistic Erotic Romance.</p><p>Lainie's always had a love affair with vampires, so she decided to merge eroticism and vampirism and The Blood Moon Series was born.</p><p>"I never thought of myself as a writer, and honestly I still don’t. I have stories and characters in my head that I want to know more about and see what kind of wicked kinkery they can get into along the way. My characters mean a lot to me; they’re part of me."</p>
