<p>P.D. Nelson was a Hospitality Professional for two many years to remember before turning his hand to IT and then, Teaching. Disenchanted with the wave of ‘Political Correctness’ sweeping through his native Australia, he decided to pack-up<em> and sell</em>-up to embark on a 6-month travelling journey that lasted over four years. Now he lives with his very understanding wife and two angry, but spoilt soi dogs, in north-eastern Thailand; farming fish while growing and eating too much rice.</p>
