<p>Leland Zaitz grew up in Oregon and now lives on the Southern California coast. He has been drawing ever since he first had a crayon and a wall to draw on.<br/><br/>He was an editorial cartoonist for his high school newspaper, and went on to become a writer and screenwriter. He continues to draw, primarily as a way to procrastinate from writing.</p>
