<p><strong>Eseoghene D. Erhariefe Williams</strong> is an engineer and educator, with over thirteen years experience of working with children of diverse backgrounds. He worked as a Teacher and then as a Principal. Every year he runs several seminars/workshops for children and young people in high school in line with the acclaimed world <strong>Education for Life</strong> program employed to help in behavioral change of individuals during the <strong>AIDS pandemic</strong> that ravaged east and southern Africa at the turn of the millennium, to stem its tide. With this he has been able to help countless young people have a turnaround from destructive behaviors to those that added value to their lives, thereby helping to build their self-esteem and self-confidence and overcoming timidity. His parlance: &ldquo;<em>A timid Child is a time bomb waiting to explode; it&rsquo;s only a matter of time</em>.&rdquo;&nbsp;</p>
