The author is a practicing engineer and a researcher who has published research work in some reputable international journals. His reasearch and published work has ranged from spur gears, 3D printing, mechatronics, compressed air system and photovoltaic. He has been an active participant in field-work engineering where he both participated and supervised various projects including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, fire fighting, solar water heating and photovoltaic systems. He enjoys field installation as much as he enjoys teaching a class or working on the design of a system or contemplating the theory of operation of a system.
