After embarking on a new journey, Barrie dedicated the next two decades to travelling extensively and repairing and installing industrial machines in various factories.<br>Now retired on Spain’s beautiful Costa Blanca, Barrie fills his days with walking, drawing, exploring hidden corners of Spain, and driving his classic Mini Moke—just like one of his beloved characters. His stories are inspired by his journeys, his vibrant West London roots, and the fascinating people he’s met along the way.
