He has a Bachelor's degree in political science from California Lutheran University, a law degree from Willamette University, and a Master's degree in American history from Portland State University. Among his other books is the textbook <em><strong>The President and the Executive Branch: How Our Nation Is Governed</strong></em>. In his spare time, Mark watches classic films. </p>
