Heidrun Metzler

<p>Heidrun Metzler is a German-born baker and author with a degree in social pedagogy and early childhood education. With a passion for baking passed down from her mother, aunt, and grandmother, she began baking at the age of ten. Travels to other European countries and relocation to the United States fueled her baking inspirations. Aside from baking, Heidrun enjoys spending time with her horses, trick training, and practicing natural horsemanship. She is also a published children's book author and photographer.
