<p><strong>Perce is one of "Yesterdays Men". In 2024 he will have lived half the time since the signing, in </strong><strong>1</strong><strong>840, of the Treaty of Waitangi. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Perce started the computer software industry in New Zealand with his company "Progeni". It prospered for 21 years with branches in New Zealand, Australia, the USA and China </strong><strong>until </strong><strong>the Bank of New Zealand failed and brought down companies where it could recover money quickly. Progeni was one of them. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Perce has been a Green Party parliamentary candidate and supported the Labour Party for 16 years. He has now resigned in shame at what the Government is doing to replace democracy New Zealand with a tribal system.</strong></p>
