<p>Even though parts of her life have been traumatic, Pat Swinney hopes her story can give others strength, inspiration and courage to push on through their own challenges and problems.</p><p>An avid cook, gardener and outdoor sports enthusiast who finds great tranquility by the ocean, Pat has always wanted to help others any way she can. </p><p>Pat's family is her life. She lives in Massachusetts with her beloved husband David and Cavadoodle pup Cargho.</p>
