JF Sebastian lives in Maryland with his wife of fourteen years, his two children, and his loyal German Shepherd rescue. He served as a contributing writer for the Capital-Gazette Newspapers in Annapolis, MD, as well as a community beat writer for Patch.com. A native of Baltimore, JF Sebastian spent most of his adult life coaching track & field at the collegiate, high school and club levels, having coached three national champions and one U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier.
