Tereill Peay is a native of Orange, New Jersey. She started her career in retail while fine-tuning her personal style. After bootstrapping her way through college at Rutgers University she finishes her Bachelors's Degree in 2003. While studying Criminal Justice and Theater Art she landed a job in the banking industry. By the age of 19, Tereill was running a multi-million dollar branch as the youngest manager amongst her peers. She was awarded for the top sales and service in her region for one of the top Banks in the U.S. Tereill spent the last twenty years working in the banking industry as a licensed Insurance Broker all while creating her love for the Arts. It is her love of creativity that she uses as an outlet to motivate and inspire women. Tereill is currently the owner of a Tereill Renee Consulting LLC & TAZ Publishing, LLC, where she helps purpose driven-women create more income, impact, and visibility on-line by creating their signature services and writing their books.
