My love for writing is a gift from my parents. I am the daughter of an Hungarian refugee mother, a published writer and poet herself. My father was a teacher and an avid reader of fantasy and science fiction who introduced me to the genre. It was impossible not to fall in love with the written word and the adventures you find between the covers of a well-written story or the verses of a beautiful poem.<br><br>I was the nerd who loved Shakespeare. The one who got in trouble for staying up too late reading, light in one hand, head propped up on my elbow, hiding under the blanket hoping I wouldn't get caught for sneaking in one more chapter.<br><br>While I do enjoy my small-town life currently, with my adventure seeking sidekick and motorcycle riding pup Louie, I was blessed with a youth full of travel and appreciation for other cultures before being gifted the joy of raising my incredible son Kyle. Motherhood is an adventure all on its own.<br><br>Writing is an expression of my appreciation for the magic that exists everywhere. I hope that anyone who reads my work laughs, cries, cheers and jeers. Most of all I hope they feel included and that they enjoy the journey.<br><br>Merry meet my friends!<br>
