George Siedel

<p>GEORGE J. SIEDEL is the Williamson Family Professor Emeritus of Business Administration and the Thurnau Professor Emeritus of Business Law at the University of Michigan. Professor Siedel was a Visiting Professor at Harvard University and Stanford University, a Visiting Scholar at Berkeley, and a Visiting Fellow at Cambridge University. As a Fulbright Scholar, he held a Distinguished Chair in the Humanities and Social Sciences. Professor Siedel has received many research and teaching awards and is the author of the best-selling books <em>Negotiating for Success: Essential Strategy and Skills</em> and <em>The Three-Pillar Model for Business Decisions: Strategy, Law, and Ethics</em>.</p>
