Karen J Carlisle is a writer and illustrator of steampunk, Victorian mysteries, fantasy, and cosies with a twist. Her work has featured in 2016 Adelaide Fringe, A Trail of Tales', and published in the ‘Where’s Holmes’ and ‘Deadsteam’ anthologies. She's currently writing the follow-up story to her steampunk adventure, The Department of Curiosities.<br>Karen lives in Adelaide with her family and the ghost of her ancient Devon Rex cat.<br>She’s always loved dark chocolate and rarely refuses a cup of tea.
