<p>Richard Lear has always had a love of the Old West. He had also always wanted to write a book but inspiration for what to write was lacking. It finally hit, and it’s no wonder that his first novel is a Western. Taking three years to complete, he found the experience of writing THREE RODE THE TRAIL so joyful and rewarding that he is now working on the sequel.</p>
<p>In the meantime he has published a short story, THE SHERIFF OF STOVEPIPE, featuring Yulin Temple, one of the main characters from THREE RODE THE TRAIL. It is avaiable for download on Amazon and Google Play Books</p>
<p>Richard is married and lives with his wife and family in Washington state.</p>
