His leadership during this time was marked by his ability to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and champion people-first practices.</p><p>David's passion for people extends beyond sales performance, it's rooted in a deep belief that leadership can change lives. That belief inspired the creation of <em>Leadership Awareness on Addiction and Recovery</em>, a guide designed to help leaders recognize the real challenges faced by individuals in recovery and create workplaces where they are respected, empowered, and supported.</p><p>Outside of his professional roles, David serves as a mentor with SCORE.org, offering guidance to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and emerging leaders. He has co-authored white papers on technology and leadership, blending technical expertise with human-centered insight.</p><p>David holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where he was a proud member of the EMBA-25 class of 2013.
