About the author
Jo Pilsworth

Jo Pilsworth's early introductions to reading included Greek, Roman and Egyptian legends. Teachers at St Anne's Convent School gave her a love of history, and a passion for the English language. Whilst at school, she started writing her first stories. Through NaNoWriMo, the love of writing was rekindled. It wasn't until a job change led to too many nights away from home in hotels, that she discovered the delights of online fan-fiction role play groups.

The first group she joined wrote fan fiction based on characters in Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter world. When that group folded, having made friends with several of her co-writers, they agreed to join her writing the stories created from her love of myth and legend.

The world of the Negrescu Cwn Annwn and the Anghelescu Hellhounds was born, and a firm friendship kindled with her co-authors, Tracy Andrews and Donna Kay. Distance has not proven a barrier to their writing, with to date, three novels published and material written for another four novels. The Hunter's Arrow Ltd was created as an umbrella to publish the stories Jo created with Tracy and Donna, along with a growing group of associate authors. Jo's most recent venture is Medved, a story written with Angela Keys, a talented role-play author based in Alabama. Also added to the growing list of titles are Merysekhmet and Toho, written with Kaitlyn Bosch, based on the Egyptian legends of Sekhmet and the jaguar/cougar legends of North and South America.
Jo continues to work in the medical sales industry, and is supported in her writing endeavours by her husband of more than 25 years, David, and her son, David Jnr. Home has been the same house in a small village in Cambridgeshire, UK.
