<p>Mikki Ensey Smith was born in Franklin, Indiana. She attended Wayne Township Schools, where she made many friends. The Dark Secrets series is based on places in that area.</p><p></p><p>Mikki is married, with four children and awesome grandchildren.</p><p></p><p>Mikki loves writing fiction, where anything and everything is possible, including the impossible, creating new characters and worlds with no condemnation or remorse.
