My name is Greg Steffine. I’m a business intelligence strategist, solution delivery leader, and award-winning author. In fact, it’s been my privilege to help some of the most recognizable names in business become smarter, analytics-driven organizations. My career started with one of the region’s fastest-growing direct marketing agencies where I cut my teeth on data and the fundamentals of database marketing. I was the business guy who branded and led the first data warehousing initiative for a small package delivery company that would later become FedEx Ground. And I’m a former Deloitte manager who has spent more than 15 years in business intelligence and data warehouse consulting. Today I lead analytics enablement for one of the nation’s largest bank-based financial services firms.
