Simina Lungu is a speculative fiction writer currently residing in Timisoara, Romania. In her day job, she is an editor for a website providing educational material for high school students. She was lucky to grow up in a house where reading and storytelling was highly encouraged and started making up her own stories from an early age. Since the start, she was attracted to genres such as fantasy and science fiction, enjoying the potential these could offer for imaginative, intriguing stories. Simina published her first novel in 2017, a children’s fantasy novel called <em>The Last Survivors</em>. Since then, she has also published several speculative fiction short stories on various online platforms, as well as in a couple of international magazines.
