Tim N. Walker

<p>Tim Walker is an independent author based in Windsor, UK. Tim’s background is in marketing, journalism, editing and publications management. He has worked mainly in the UK but also lived and worked in Zambia for 14 years where he set up and ran his own publishing and marketing company between 1999-2009. He began writing an historical fiction series, <em>A Light in the Dark Ages</em>, in 2015, starting with <em>Abandoned (2nd edition 2018)</em>, a novel set after the Roman evacuation of Britannia. This was followed by <em>Ambrosius: Last of the Roman<strong>s </strong></em><strong>(2017);&nbsp;</strong><em>Uther’s Destin<strong>y</strong></em><strong> (2018);&nbsp;</strong><em><strong>Arthur Dux Bellorum </strong>(2019) and<strong> Arthur Rex Brittonum </strong>(2020)<strong>.</strong></em></p><p>His creative writing journey began in July 2015 with the publication of a book of short stories, <em>Thames Valley Tales</em>. A send volume followed in&nbsp;2017&nbsp;– <em>Postcards from London</em>. In 2016 he published his first novel, a futuristic/dystopian thriller, <em>Devil Gate Dawn -</em>&nbsp;exposed on the Amazon Scout program prior to publication.</p><p>In January 2017 his first children’s book, <em>The Adventures of Charly Holmes</em>, co-written with his then 13-year-old daughter, Cathy, was published, followed in 2019 by <strong>Charly &amp; The Superheroes</strong>. </p><p>For more about the author, please visit his website: http://timwalkerwrites.co.uk</p>
