<p>O. Escobar is Puerto Rican American author. She earned a Masters of Arts Degree in Organizational Management, and a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Legal Studies and American Studies. She is an executive editor, a contemporary abstract painter<em> </em>and metal sculptor. She contributes her time, resources, and talents to a not for profit organizations.
