<p>Jim Colson is currently an advisor and Board member to several employee-owned companies. His background includes over a decade in music distribution management, which provided him with many great (at least to him...) stories.. He is married with two grown children. He plays drums sometimes in his church's band, and collects other musical instruments that he doesn't play very well.</p>
